Booking & Cancellation Policy

To book an appointment, you can request online or contact us via text or phone call. Some longer appointments, or more on the higher end of pricing may require a deposit. If you need to cancel or change an appointment/service, please give Ember at least 24 hours before the appointment or a fee may be charged starting at $25+. If you do not cancel ahead of time and "no-show" a fee may be charged starting at $50+ and you must put down a $25 deposit before your next appointment.

Payment Methods  

Ember accepts cash, Venmo, Zelle, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and gift cards.

Refund Policy

Ember does not refund any services. She is more than happy to accommodate you within 7 days of your appointment to make any subtle changes necessary to fix the problem of un-satisfaction. After 7 days, we will charge a "re-do" fee starting at  $25+.

Service Charge / Gratuity

If you have an enjoyable experience, Ember will certainly appreciate a gratuity. Wedding parties larger than 6 will inquire an automatic 20% gratuity charge.

Prepare for a SomaVeda Thai Yoga appointment or Yoga Class:

Before your session:

1. Do not arrive on an empty stomach or a full stomach. Lots of toxins are trapped in your muscles and massage and acupuncture will release them, not eating can lead to nausea and lightheadedness.

2. Avoid caffeine and heavy alcohol drinks.  

3. Try not to do a big workout immediately after your session. Your muscles have habits and jumping right back into what causes us problems will make them go back much quicker.

4. Drink plenty of room temperature or hot water. Afterwards, your body needs to detox the toxins that are trapped in your body and the best way to do that is to stay hydrated!
