Service Description
The Hstraighten taming and smoothing program responds to the specific needs of deeply rehydrating frizzy hair, with a formula which falls within the scope of the technical products, such as smoothing, anti-frizz services and/or for reducing excessive unwanted volume, and as a moisturising, conditioning and polishing treatment of the hair fiber. The acid pH of the Hstraighten formula, the presence of a naturally derived filming complex in synergy with Coconut and Avocado oils and glyoxylic acid, combined with the action of heat, give new structure to the amino acid bonds located inside the hair, making it more malleable and ductile to styling, more versatile and manageable every time you want to change your hairstyle. The Dock extract it contains remineralizes the hair fiber, while the Mullein extract provides extreme brightness and the Date oil balances the lipid component of the hair, making it smooth, shiny and soft, visibly healthier. There are two options for this treatment 1. Taming: starts at $250, price increases $50 per additional ounce: Suitable for all types of hair where you wish to eliminate the frizz, reduce unwanted volumes and/or restructure the hair fiber 2. Smoothing: starts at $300, price increases $50 per additional ounce. Suitable for all hair types, especially very frizzy and afro hair, which require a longer-lasting smooth effect

Ember is committed to provide the best hair services and wellness offerings and customer services for our clients. Booking & Cancellation Policy To book an appointment, you can request online or contact us via text or call. Some appointments that are more lengthy or more on the higher end of pricing may require a deposit. If you need to cancel or change an appointment/service , please give Ember at-least 24 hours before the appointment or a fee may be charged starting at $25+. If you "no-show" to the appointment, a fee may be charged starting at $50+ and you must put down a $25 deposit before your next appointment. Payment Methods  Ember accepts cash, Venmo, Zelle, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and gift cards. ​Refund Policy Ember does not refund any services. She is more than happy to accommodate you within 7 days of your appointment to make any subtle changes necessary to fix the problem of un-satisfaction. After 7 days, we will charge a "re-do" fee starting at $25+. Â
