Cancellation Policy

Ember is committed to provide the best hair services and wellness offerings and customer services for our clients. Booking & Cancellation Policy To book an appointment, you can request online or contact us via text or call. Some appointments that are more lengthy or more on the higher end of pricing may require a deposit. If you need to cancel or change an appointment/service , please give Ember at-least 24 hours before the appointment or a fee may be charged starting at $25+. If you "no-show" to the appointment, a fee may be charged starting at $50+ and you must put down a $25 deposit before your next appointment.  Payment Methods   Ember accepts cash, Venmo, Zelle, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and gift cards.  ​Refund Policy Ember does not refund any services. She is more than happy to accommodate you within 7 days of your appointment to make any subtle changes necessary to fix the problem of un-satisfaction. After 7 days, we will charge a "re-do" fee starting at $25+.
