SomaVeda Thai Yoga is a sacred treat for the bride & groom the day before their wedding day. It will help promote compassion and loving-kindness. It is based on a 2,500-year-old therapeutic technique with origins in Buddhist tradition. It is a dynamic bodywork based on yoga and Ayurveda, which were born in the temples of Thailand. In this unique session, the practitioner guides the recipient through yoga postures while palming and thumbing along the body's energy (Sen) lines and pressure points. The practitioner uses their hands, feet, knees, and elbow, to exert pressure on channels., while having the recipient in yoga-like stretches. SomaVeda Thai Yoga is the perfect blend of yoga, meditation, and bodywork.​

Trial run reservations for both hair and make-up services are highly recommended two to four weeks before your wedding day.
